Our Policies

Dress Code
A one-piece leotard - any color
T-shirt (tucked in) and shorts
No buttons, snaps, zippers, rings, watches, necklaces, or bracelets
Post earrings are allowed.
Hair must be tied back.

Gym Rules
Gymnastics are not allowed in the gym area without an instructor.
No gymnastics in the viewing area (cartwheels, handstands, rolls, etc.)
No candy, gum, or drinks in the gym area.
No running unless instructed.
Do not get on any equipment or use accessories unless instructed.
Tramp - one gymnast at a time.  Please, do not crawl under tramp.

Open Viewing
Parents are welcome to watch classes at anytime from the viewing area.  Discipline:  Gymnastics is a sport, and therefore can be dangerous.  To avoid unnecessary injury, we must maintain control of each child during class by enforcing the rules of the gym.  In order to maintain control, we discipline by using timeouts, missed turns, or in serious cases, removal from class.

Fees
Session fees are due by the first class of each session.  When paying fees,  please give your payment to a staff member in the office.  You are responsible for the entire session fee, even if your child does not finish the session.  We do not give credit or refunds for missed classes.  A late fee of $10.00 will be charged if the payment is made after the second class.

New Session Sign-Up
In order to guarantee your spot for a new session, you must re-sign-up for class.  Sign-ups will begin by the sixth week of each session.  Classes fill on a first to sign-up basis.

Before and After Class
Each child is the responsibility of his or her parent before and after class, in all areas of the facility.  Please do not drop your child off early or pick them up late.  If a situation arises where you are running late, instruct your child to stay in the building until you arrive.  They should not wait in the parking lot.

Make Up Classes
If your child misses a class, a make-up class may be scheduled in another class (as openings are available).  For gymnasts 5 years and older, Open Gym may be used instead of a make-up class.  You do not have to pay the Open Gym fee.  You may make-up one missed class per session, excluding days we are closed due to weather or holidays.  Make-ups must be done within the session the class was missed.
