Rhonda Sprague, Director of Recreational Gymnastics & Team Coach
Rhonda is a lifelong competitive gymnast and coach originally from Gallion, Ohio. She has held a wide range of coaching and leadership positions within the YMCA Gymnastics Circuit and is a former head coach for the Lancaster High School Gymnastics team. Rhonda attended The Ohio State University where she majored in Elementary Education.

Patrick Dent , Team Coach

Gymnastic background:
- High school and collegiate athlete specializing in floor exercise, vault, parallel bars and high bar
- Part of the NCAA National Men’s Gymnastics Championship team at Odessa College in 1977 before transferring to The Ohio State University
Coaching background:
- In his 30 years of gymnastics coaching Patrick has coached at all levels and throughout the state of Ohio. 21 of those years were spent as Assistant Coach at The Ohio State University where he helped coach: 5 Big Ten Team Championships, 4 NCAA East Regional Team Championships, and 7 NCAA Team appearances. On the individual accomplishments he has coached 4 All-Americans, 21 Big Ten Individual Champions, and several NCAA East Regional Champions.
- As a club coach Patrick has coached dozens of athletes to the Regional and National Championships at all optional levels. With his guidance, numerous gymnasts have obtained athletic and academic scholarships to Division I NCAA institutions across the country.

- Patrick and his wife Nina have three children: Carly, Erica and Austin

Morgan Wiland , Team and Rec Coach
Morgan is a graduate of Kent State University where she was a member of the women’s gymnastics team from 2000-2004. Prior to attending Kent State she participated in gymnastics locally and was a Level 10 gymnast. Morgan has coached at Gym X-Treme for one year but has three years of previous coaching experience. Outside of coaching she is a full-time nursing student. Morgan loves coaching because she enjoys helping kids reach their goals and sharing in the excitement with them.

Kiki Holman , Team and Rec Coach
Kiki is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University, where she was a member of the women’s gymnastics team from 2005-2009. Kiki comes to Ohio from Minnesota where she participated extensively in competitive gymnastics. She recently joined the Gym X-Treme coaching staff but has five years of experience coaching gymnastics at various camps. Kiki enjoys coaching and having fun with the kids and watching them grow and improve week to week.

Katie Lantz , Rec Coach
Katie coaches Cheer and Tumbling classes. She is studying Early Childhood Education at Ohio University Lancaster. As a child, Katie began taking gymnastics when she was five years old. She participated in cheerleading in High School. Her favorite part of coaching is teaching her students new skills.

Bri Canini , Rec Coach

Briana is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Psychology. She plans on either attending grad school to obtain her Ph D in Psychology or go to law school. She was a competitive gymnast for 9 years and a competitive cheerleader for 3 years. She has 6 years of coaching experience including recreational gymnastics, cheer, tumbling and pre-school gymnastics. Her favorite part of coaching is helping students achieve their goals and build their self confidence.

 

 
     

Abby Taylor, Team Coach

Abby was a competitive gymnast for 12 years and also competed in Trampoline & Tumbling for 5 years. She attended the Junior Olympics 2 years in a row and has received medals for Best Tumbler in Ohio, Trampoline and Double mini. She has coached kids of all levels and is very passionate about her work. She takes pride and joy in helping kids achieve their goals. Abby is also a Hair Stylist at Salon Lofts in Hilliard.
